Get to know me!
Hey! I am Casper Karlsson and I'm a Game and Level Designer from Skövde, Sweden. Since 2015 I have worked with level design for custom CS:GO maps and have since focused my efforts on refining my level design ability, culminating in my position at DoubleMoose.
I love levels that surprise and excite the player! Using risk-reward, scenic views, cool set pieces and vertigo inducing verticality are among my favorite ways to spice up my levels!
When it comes to mechanic design I like using mechanics that cause an inherent conflict. In my projects page I go more in depth explaining what I mean.
I put a strong emphasis on clear prototypes and script them to the best of my ability.
I love working with other people and get energy from others' ideas and enthusiasm. I believe in creating strong bonds within a team to create the best product (or at the very least have good time on our way there).
